LGA 775 Motherboard with dual channel DDR2 (4 slots) & integrated graphics (hdmi,vga etc...) ?

Hi guys

I am wanting to replace a generic motherboard in my system as it does not meet my needs, i need a motherboard for my system which is Lga 775, dual channel DDR2 (4 slots) & has integrated graphics with hdmi & vga.

does anyone know where i can purchase this motherboard: Gigabyte EG41MF-US2H rev 1.1 or rev 1.3 http://www.gigabyte.com/fileupload/product/2/3469/3087_m.jpg ? or is anyone selling a used model of this motherboard? which i would be willing to buy as i need a motherboard for my system which has integrated graphics with hdmi.

system specs:

intel core 2 quad q8300
4GB DDR2 RAM
WD Caviar Blue 640GB


any answers/opinions would be greatly appreciated.

I looked at both links, forgot to mention that i am in the UK, thanks anyway but $208/£138 is a bit expensive, i paid around that for my GA X58 UD3R lol.

thank you , i saw this one earlier but couldn't find any cheaper so decided to see if anyone else could find anywhere cheaper or if anyone was selling a used model of this motherboard.
