Hello!

I am building a new PC, and my AIO CPU cooler won't power on. I am using the Lian Li Hydroshift LCD 360R. It's connected to a Gigabyte B650 Aorus Elite AX Ice motherboard with a MSI Mag A750GL PCIE5 PSU. The manual for the cooler states that this version the R version of the cooler only needs a PSU SATA 15 pin cable connected to power on the cooler. I have this connected as well as the USB header cable to the MB as well as 4 pin PWM. Any help is appreciated!

Thank you!

Which fan header is the AIO hooked up to?

What BIOS version are you on for your motherboard?

On second thoughts, please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:

Looks like you've followed through the manual for the AIO.

The AIO manual says it is IMPORTANT to plug the 4-hole female cable from the pump unit into the CPU_FAN header. Why? Well, many mobos pay very special attention to the speed signal it receives at that header from the CPU cooling fan (or pump in your case). They monitor this signal for NO signal which indicates failure! If it gets no speed signal while operating it may shut down your system quickly without waiting for the temp sensor inside the CPU chip to show high temps, just to protect the CPU from overheating when it has NO cooling. FURTHER, many such mobos will NOT allow the system to start up if it gets no speed signal there right away. So you really SHOULD ensure that cable from the pump is plugged into CPU_FAN.
