Question Lian Li Strimer V2 extension cable has faulty lights ?

The lights from the gpu lian li cables at the bottom right is already spoiled. I brought home the cable. When I opened the bucket, the led strip inside dropped out from inside the cable. I then slipped it back into the cable through the opening hole. But the lights at the bottom right is no longer working. Is RMA accepted for this?

Contact Lian-Li (or the store you bought it from) and ask. It should be.
