Question light blue screen with no information

i just bought used asus rx 470 4g minig
and it appears as rx 570 series after instaling drivers and restart after a few seconds in system screen goes lightblue with no information cant do anything

Sounds like the bios may have changed on the card. Can you post a pic of it?

That's just basic functionality, which GPUs have so that you're able to install drivers. It's basically just integrated graphics, which would defeat the purpose of buying a GPU.

Return it.
