Limited budget computer setup

Hi, I`m building a new computer setup, but I could use some help!

I`m not sure about the motherboard and graphics card, any suggestions? Budget is around 600-650 tops

Not overclocking a FX-8320 is like having a lamborghini and driving it only in town..seriously.Also if you dont plan to overclock you can buy WAY cheaper motherboard.
