Don't want to sound like a commie or something but making these things should be illegal. This is a perfect example of everything that's wrong with the society.

this doesn't surprise me one bit, we have already seen the 360 incrusted in diamonds, the 24k gold PS3, the platinum/diamond PRADA blackberry...

next up will be the 2,578 ct. "black & white diamond" PC case, just so you can show all your buddies the definition of e-peen.

[citation][nom]sliem[/nom]Hm, a laptop or a house... dang, tough choice.[/citation]
Well, can't buy a house around here for that much, or even twice that, so I guess if you have to spend the money on something...

Here's somehting to consider...
A pure diamond has a heat conductivity of 1,200 W/mk while copper has a heat conductivity of 387 W/mk.
Diamonds are a gamers best friend.
So, who wants a diamond dust thermal paste and a pure synthetic diamond heatsink?
A platinum plated magnesium frame would be both stronger and lighter than a aluminum body too.

So, you soo, gamers with a couple hundred grand have their own things to buy. =D

Dumb.

If I was interested in buying blinging-out a new MacBook for $200k, I sure wouldn't want one that 9 other people have too. I'd buy the computer and have a custom jeweler build me a one-of-a-kind model, just for me.

I didn't come on this page to read about it. Instead I wanted to ask Toms to stop this rediculas crap about diamond encrusted computers. Nobody wants to know!
