[SOLVED] Link DVI-D Dual Link to HDMI 1.4 or DisplayPort (1080p@144hz) ?

Hey,

I just bought a triple screen setup with each screen having 1080p and a refresh rate of 144hz, they support both HDMI (1.4) and DisplayPort. My graphic card is a GTX 1070 and has four outputs, one HDMI, one DisplayPort, and two DVI-D Dual Link.
So I don't have any problems with the first two screens, but I struggle to find a DVI-D Dual Link to HDMI/DisplayPort adapter that supports 144hz at 1080p.

Is it even possible or do I have to change my graphic card?

It's a KFA2 GeForce GTX 1070 OC Mini, 8 Go

The adapters you need do not exist, as far as I'm aware, so most likely you will need to use a DisplayPort MST hub. Just be aware that G-Sync/FreeSync will not work through a hub.
