Linksys e1200 ping high and requesting timed out. Please help

Hello, im having a problem with my stable internet, I have Cisco Linksys E1200 and my internet spikes up to high ping and sometimes it freezes (Timed out) do i have something wrong with my linksys setting or is it my router problem?

I have Qos Disabled and IPv6 disabled

Is your connection to eht E1200 wired or wireless?

What % of packet loss are you seeing and have you hardwired and had similar results?

I have tried everything changing router settings and hardwireing but nothing it keeps coming even my network provider could not do anything 😀 it has to be my router problem but i can't figure out the problem or its just broken. any helps?
