Linksys router problems

I have a linksys router -- Model #WRT54GS. It was used with Verizon ISP and now needs to be reconfigured for use with Cavalier ISP.

Cisco (Linksys tech support) wants $30 to do this. Can I do this myself? If so, how?

Hold the reset button for more then 10 secands.

Hold the reset button for more than 10 secs as grump9117 suggested then use the configuring software that came with the CD of ur router to configure it for ur ISP.
It takes not more than 5 minutes for a novice to complete, charging 30$ for is is too high
