Linksys router problems

when I switch my router on the Internet light stays on red.. any ideas whsats wrong?

the redline indicates that you don't have internet access. Check your internet settings in the router. chk the username and password / Encapsulation etc...

Make sure that your DSL light is green before proceeding.
