Hi there! I recently bought an Linx Vision tablet running Windows 10. I wanted to install a fresh copy of Windows 10 But I still wanted to preserve the original OS so I tried to install a fresh new install of Windows 10 (32bit of course!) to an micro SD card slot (since it the only real port I have besides the Micro USB charging port). I considered dual booting both of the OS's on the same eMMC but because it only have 32GB of storage I installed a copy of Windows 10 to the Micro SD card. Because I don't have a regular USB port to launch an installation media of Windows 10 I Installed it to the Micro SD card using Command Prompt with the Dism command (the tutorial I watched on how to do this). I followed the tutorial and added my freshly installed Windows 10 to the msconfig boot section and I set it up as the default OS. I restarted the tablet and it tried launching the Windows 10 on the Micro SD card without letting me choose which OS I want but it got stuck in the loading bar. After that I got into Windows 10 Recovery mode with the option to press the Windows key in order to boot into the other original working OS but because the lack of an regular USB port I cant continue. I managed to open an on-screen keyboard but the Windows key is missing (see attached image please!).
It has happened to me two days ago, since then I tried everything I could think of including of: installing Windows 8.1, installing Android (Bliss OS),booting up to Gparted (could not continue because the lack of an regular USB port) All on the same Micro SD card. I have also attached an image of the BIOS of the device if anyone is interested.
If you have any idea, please tell me! Any help is much appreciated.
Thank you very much in advance!

In theory any USB OTG adapter should work, but there are a couple of revisions of the standard so it's not guaranteed. There's no reason to assume the one you've ordered won't work, but if it doesn't you at least have the option of one that's been confirmed as compatible!
