Im looking to get me a brand new liquid cooler for my cpu as the one i currently have installed is decently old and it does not seem to keep the device as cool as it used to. The problem is with my case, im not sure if im able to install a bigger one or not and if so im not sure how i would work that around. what suggestions can be made and will the liquid cooler come with the thermal paste already or do i have to buy that sepretly?

This is the current cooler i have
