Build Advice Liquid Cooling with the Be Quiet Pure Base 600

3rd build, but the last one was 12 years ago. Despite trying to doublecheck compatibility, I feel like I picked the wrong case.
I’m building a music production workstation with an i9 13900ks. Prob should have gone i7, but too late now.
I also should have tried to mount the Be Quiet Pure Loop 280 as soon as the mobo was in place. Oh well.
With an Aorus Z790 Pro X mobo, the Pure Loop 280 will not fit atop the Pure Base 600 case. I chose the case cause I wanted a 5.25 drive bay.
I don’t think the Pure Loop 240 will fit, either. Too deep, like the 280, and not enough room to move it forward. Front mount eliminates 5.25 cage and I don’t think there’s clearance, anyway.
Be Quiet makes a 120 water cooler, but not sure I can squeak by with that.
I did want to do some moderate overclocking. Maybe not needed.
I could try to see if a premium air cooler would fit, but wouldn’t be surprised if too big for the mobo.
Kicking myself for not going with a full size case.

Anyone have any advice? Short of unbolting everything and returning the case, I’m at a loss.
Thanks.

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

Yeah the top of the case that's meant for mounting an AIO is ideal with 120mm variants since that is offset from the motherboard. You could've picked up a Fractal Pop Air if you needed front panel 5.25" drive support.

Just to clarify, 240mm, 280mm and 360mm will fit at the top and is orientated way from the motherboard tray, closer to the side panel but you will need to have the tubes exit close to the rear exhaust fan if you want to take advantage of the 5.25" drive bay.

As Lutfij says, the manual says you CAN mount a 240 or a 280 mm radiator in the TOP rear location WITH a 5¼" device in the front bay, although it does not make clear the matter of sideways offset. The manual drawings indicate when you do that the rad hose connections should be at the REAR of the case, presumably just above the rear fan. MAYBE the size of the 5¼" device (depth into the case) is a factor in some situations.

Thanks for reply.
I could not get a 280 to fit with my mobo, so analyzing new cases.
