List files in a zip file dir command

I want to create a .txt file of the directory listing of the files within a zip file. I have several folders all containing several zip files which contain several files within the zip files. There are 2 gb worth of zip files and too tedious to unzip each and every file. I would then import the .txt file into excel and build an html index to locate the specific file I'm looking for.

Sorry but there's no way to tunnel into a zip to see and list the contents without unzipping them.[/#000ff]
