Literally constant unfixable DNS errors that do not go away

For awhile, I've been getting dns_probe_finished_no_internet at seemingly random, and it fixes itself.
I had a longer explanation but for some reason, when I had to save it in a notepad and restart my computer for the internet to work again, it disappeared.
This started with a mere err_name_not_resolved a lot, this is happening in 2 different houses with 2 different ISPs and 2 different modems, this isn't the internet, but something wrong with my computer.
Should mention that after I did a winsock reset and restarted my computer, it seems to work like new again, but I don't know how long this luxury will last

Did you flush DNS? ipconfig /flushdns
Did you manually set the DNS server to google dns, free dns, open dns or one of the other non-ISP ones.

Used OpenDNS and Google DNS, I have constantly flushed the dns, probably over 50 times

Win you reset winsock and flushed DNS, did you open command prompt as an admin?

Have you scanned for viruses with malwarebytes and/or rougekiller?

If this is laptop (or desktop with wifi) try it on both wired and wifi to see if it is specific to one network adapter.

At the moment, it's simply not possible to try it wired, frustrating, I know.
I've scanned with viruses with malwarebytes recently and all I got was adware and a single trojan, and deleted.
I opened the command prompt normally

So since ive came back to my own home, the internet is almost unusable
Im able to connect for about 2 minutes before in cut off and I get Dns probe finished nxdomain
During this time its also very slow. Im on mobile right now, I also seem to keep connection to skype

Another update
I was able to fix the issue by switching my wifi adapter to another usb port, it was quite good for awhile and I even thought the issue by be fixed for good.
Today though, the internet cut out and I got DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN
I switched my DNS server to Google DNS and it fixed it instantly, but I really want to get to the bottom of this problem
