Little confused over drives

I have just installed a second HD and on opening the bios menu I am a little confused over which drives are which, is location / drive 0 the main c drive with the OS and location 1 is the second HD. or is location 1 OS and number 2 the second drive. Floppy and Optical drives are also there but im not sure whether o,1 or 2 drives should be enabled.

Open up Disk Management, and give us a screencap of that window.

After your request I looked into what you asked and after looking into each drive properties I see my OS drive C is called location 0 and my newly installed drive 2 is location 1.Is that what they would be called in the bios menu.
