Load Optimized CPU Settings Not Showing in BIOS

I have an ASROCK Z97X Killer and a 4690K. The CPU reports the 4690K on the main page but no option appears to load optimized CPU settings on the OC Tweaker page. Is there some other setting to enable this?

The f9 key usually loads BIOS defaults on ASRock boards
