Local Area Connection doesnt have valid IP configuration. Please Help

I understand there has been plenty of solutions for this problem. I have googled and tried solutions. and nothing has worked yet. this is my ipconfig please help.

You have a wireless router for the wi-fi adpter as you can see.
So the question is do you also connect to the same router Via an Ethernet cable.
Or Is it connected to a Ethernet wall outlet.?

The settings are wrong.

Then hit save as, and save the file anywhere on your pc (desktop for example) with the file name ending in .bat

Open the file to run it, and try your connection again after a restart.
