I wanna buy case tesseract bf. The instriction say that top fans are for air exhoust. And the instriction say that top fans have dust filter. If exhoust whay dust filter?? Am i idiot?

To prevent dust from seeping in when the PC is off. A lot of other cases also have dust filters in top exhausts.

It also prevents dust from entering, should you choose not to install fans at the top (whether your PC is on or off).

side fans are normally intake

to blow cooler air at graphics card

if the top fans are exhaust, the side fans are intake.

Best to orient the side fans as intake (but needs a dust filter) if GPU temps are warmer than usual. But, if GPU temps are okay, then leaving it without a fan is not a problem.
