Hi all,

I'm getting no vibration in games with a new F710 controller. Has now been tested in Tekken 7, Mortal Kombat X and Far Cry 5 - none produce any vibration. Vibration setting is switched to 'ON' within all games where applicable. Not sure if Far Cry 5 is compatible but MK and Tekken certainly allow the option in settings. Makes no difference whether set to 'D' or 'X' mode.

I have installed the 'Logitech Profiler' software, and vibration DOES work in Windows when being 'tested', or when pushing the vibration button.

I've emailed Logitech, but figure it may be faster to ask here than to wait for that slow moving mob.

Appreciate any ideas...

NB. I viewed the below, but none helped:

No idea why, but I uninstalled the old Logitech controller gaming software and switched it to 'X' mode and now it appears to work at the appropriate times. Eg Story mode for Tekken, and wherever else it's meant to work I guess. Still doesn't work in practice type modes, but I've read that's a thing. Anyway, all sorted.

Anyone know how I set the thread to answered? Or is that not possible... I'm useless with Forums, clearly.
