Logitech G403 Scroll Wheel Problems

Hi, i recently bought a Logitech G403 & the Scroll Wheel goes opposite directions randomly.
I want to know if this happens with many logitech products or is just me.
I should ask for the guarantee or buy a Razer or Steelseries Mouse?
How good is the build quality of Logitech?

no problem, if you go to top of forum page it should show your name, click on the arrow next to name and if you click on tracked threads it should show your posts.

Yes, i installed the latest drivers and i update the firmware, but it seems to be a hardware issue, its really bad this mouse's scroll wheel.
I think I'm going to ask for a refund if i can, and buy a razer or steelseries.
Its seems to be a common issue in most of logitech g403

I would get a Steelseries only as I am using one now and its been perfect for 5 years. I tried razor but I prefer Steelseries.

I know its been a few months, but Logitech did release a firmware update for this mouse and a few others they made that had this issue. I found it about 2 months ago when I bought the mouse and forgot about it. Not long ago, I had to format my PC and then started having this issue again and it was super annoying, specially since I had forgotten how to fix it.

By the way, in Logitech's defense, the firmware update was already up by about january.
