Webcam is: Logitech Streamcam
My PC specifications are:

Motherboard: 1Asus CROSSHAIR VI HERO ATX AM4 Motherboard
Memory: Corsair Vengeance LED 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR4-3000 Memory
Storage:- Kingston Predator 240 GB M.2-2280 NVME Solid State Drive- Western Digital Caviar Black 4 TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
Graphics cards:Sapphire Radeon RX 480 8 GB NITRO+ OC Video Card * 2
Case: Fractal Design Define S ATX Mid Tower Case
Power Supply: Super Flower Leadex 2000 W 80+ Platinum Certified Fully Modular ATX Power Supply

I installed this software after setting up Logitech StreamCam:
https://www.logitech.com/en-us/product/capture
Basically if I set the webcam to 1080p and 60 Fps it goes jittery for a few seconds then the webcam turns itself off, I believe my PC meets the minimum requirements in terms of specifications?
Additional to this I have updated everything on my PC, chipset drivers, all USB drivers according to my mother board manufacturer, it is running the latest BIOS firmware version, additionally, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the Logitech camera software and disconnected and reconnected it from the main port of USB-C
I have also shut down every single program on my computer, even if they are not using a webcam the only software open is Logitech capture. But 1080p and 60fps still does not work, at most if I restart my computer it will work for a few seconds then turn itself off again especially if I go in and out of the program. I found changing the preset to recording helps 1080p at 60fps work better
Other software, like Zoom, Discord (actually this stopped working now but works fine in the browser, but I think its a discord installation issue), skype etc... all seem to be working fine, however I believe this is because they run at 720p rather than 1080p
Some questions in relation to this:
Is there a way to change the codec this camera is using if so what codec do you recommend for my PC specifications? Would this fix my issue?
Is my USB - C port even compatible here? I believe it is? Unless there is something I have overlooked? e.g. a setting on the motherboard perhaps?
Are there specific settings I need to use in this application to fix this issue?
Is there a known bug with this software on windows 10 that is causing this issue?
Can having two graphics cards be causing this issue?
Do I need to install a different codec or something?
Is my webcam faulty hardware wise?
Is this a widely known issue, the camera is just about two months since release.
Overall please can you help me in getting 1080p and 60 FPS working, please, for streaming and recording?
I forgot to add almost: I have it plugged in via: https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B07KHL7SQ5/ref=cm_sw_r_tw_dp_U_x_TlCREbY10CQWF so would this cause issues with 1080p in respect of USB c specifications I believe the longer the cable the more the delay or something? The specs required for the cam are here: https://www.logitech.com/assets/65762/36/streamcam.pdf and it says it requires a direct connection but does a direct connection mean without the extension cable? As I personally can't see that making much difference? But then again USB c is bit strange with stuff like that possibly???
