I wanted to know if there was a way to login using my administrative
credentials into another users profile. If not is there a way to configure
profile specific information with out knowing the user password?

The administrator account can access many items in other profile directories
(located under c:\documents and settins\<user name>). But when logging on
it is the administrator account profile that will be loaded. What
specifically are you trying to configure?

I wanted to access profile records mostly for new hire employees, Outlook
profile and configure applications that we use to point to the proper data
bases. Currently I have to wait for the user to login and then sit in there
chair and configure the basic settings. It would be much easier if I could
login to there profile with my credentials and configure the settings for
them with out there presence.

Maybe this will help you so you don't have to do the configuration each
