Question LoL Lag Spikes

I recently got a new prebuilt PC.
When I try to play League, I get ping in the 500s.
My old PC did not have this problem, and I get normal ping when running speed tests, though I do not play many online games.

Any fixes? Please let me know if more info is needed.
