Question Looking for a budget PC build

Im planning to build a PC for daily use and casual gaming. I've been off the scene for some time so any advice would be great! Last time I had a PC was some 5yrs back and running an i3 6100 and a gtx 1050. I'm looking to have an upgrade over it. Budget would be around INR 30K and I don't mind searching the used market also.
