My current case is build poorly, and the panels are always vibrating. I am looking for a CHEAP, quiet case. I have a micro ATX motherboard, and my graphics card is about 300 millimeters long. 2 3.5" drives and 1 2.5" drive. Don't care about aesthetics, preferably no lights. Additionally, I need a CHEAP and quiet cpu cooler, LGA 1150 socket. The total cost of these items should be under $100 USD. A few quiet fans wouldn't hurt, either.

Solution
You didn't say what case you have currently, or what size you wanted?

Personally my cheap go to is usually the Antec Three Hundred:

Goes on sale and can be found around $50 at times. Panels are thicker than other cases I've used, excellent cooling, and quiet.

As for a good, cheap, quiet cooler, 212 EVO:

As for fans, I'm a fan of the Cougar fans, I use them on everything:

However that might be a bit out of your $100 budget, but...

However that might be a bit out of your $100 budget, but there is a value 4-pack of CM fans:

Also keep in mind the case you buy will most likely come with fans, and you maybe able to take fans from your current case as well.

Thanks you for your reply, My current case is the Rosewill blackhawk. the $100 budget is a bit flexible, and I find that the fans that come with cases are often terrible (They certainly were on the blackhawk's). Smaller form factors are better, my motherboard is a mico ATX.

I've found anything with the Rosewill name is terrible. I think the Rosewill brand does nothing but tarnish NewEgg's reputation. Probably a good thing most people don't realize Rosewill is a NewEgg company.

The fans in Antec case's are actually decent fans. Antec has some sub $50 mATX cases you might want to have a peak at over in NewEgg. The 300 is the cheapest case I've personally used from Antec, and it is a very solid case.

The only cases I've really been happy with that I've used are Antec's or Silverstone.

Corsair has some really good looking cases, but I've tried two different ones and found the panels and material used to just be way too thin for the prices they are charging. They just feel cheap and flimsy.

I'd recommend a Cooler Master HAF 912. It has excellent air flow and is reasonably quiet, and it supports mATX mobos.
