Looking for a fully silent 4K monitor

I recently bought a Samsung 4K 24 inch monitor. After a few days I realized that it is making a humming noise when larger parts of the display are white, regardless of the brightness settings. As I have a completely silent PC the noise is audible and annoying, even though the noise is not loud. Samsung told me the noise is normal.

Can someone recommend 4K monitors with 23-24 inch, which are really inaudible from a normal viewing distance in a silent room?

Holy cow, a completely silent PC! How did you accomplish that? I'd love to have one.

Not a silent PC but some monitor I had in the past did produce a faint high pitch buzz and can be very distracting for someone with sensitive hearing. Too bad I'm old now and can't hear them anymore even if they're there ;-(
