Looking for a good monitor?

I am looking for a monitor that has screen Size:27, Response. Time from 2ms to 1ms. Resolution: 2560 x 1440 , is 144 hz and is IPS. The Money I can spend on it is from 300 to 500 eur.

And you won't get any. IPS monitor won't get response time under 4ms, but does that even matter? 4ms is plenty good for 144Hz, I suppose you understand what is response time and not getting confused with input lag?

Also your budget is kind of tight.

Yeah I do know it but I did find one monitor that is close to that but the build quality of it is not that good from other people they say that the sound and the view is amazing they just cut down a lot on the material instead of metal used plastic and I kind of knew that there wasn't a monitor with 144 hz with 1 ms and if there was it probably is like over 700 eur but could you tell me what is better Hz or the ms 1 like what to trade in the response or the .... Can't remember the word 😀

There are plenty of 144Hz monitor with 1ms gtg response time, even 0.5ms response time. Those are TN panels.
There is no IPS panel under 4ms gtg response time. I repeat, no IPS panel under 4ms gtg response time.
VA stands in the middle of IPS and TN in terms of response time.
All panels are capable of 2560 x 1440 144Hz.
