Woah. Didn't realize this was 200 pounds, not dollars. Go with MeteorsRainings post. A 770 or 280x are definitely able to run everything on high/ultra.

No, AMD cards don't really run that much hotter than Nvidia cards.

The R9 280X won't run that hot, just provide proper ventilation. And the price @ Amazon UK is 201 Pounds, but you know the prices better at your place.
