Your RAM will effect the PC performance not the GPU, yes 4GB is enough not to bottle neck any performance for that card but what you really need to pay attention to is how much RAM are you using on average overall?

If it's 3GB or so then you may want to upgrade to 8 GB but really that's another subject altogether, it could slow your PC hence slowing the performance overall including the GPU but 4GB is usually absolutely fine.

4GB should easily have enough capacity, it won't be a concern.

Yes.

These are points required for high settings on FutureMark comparing those games to the GPU points.

Need for Speed - Graphics: 2979 (HD 7750) vs. 529 (game requirement)

Black Ops 2 Modern Warfare - Graphics: 2979 (HD 7750) vs. 1351 (game requirement)

So yes relatively easily according to those points.

According to FutureMark the HD 7750 can play ........

99% of games meet the minimum system requirements. 71% of games meet the recommended (High) system requirements.

That was from a big list of games, hence why we recommended the HD 7750, you wouldn't want to go lower than that.

ya you can play crysis 3 as i've also played on mine at 720p resolution on medium-high setting (but anti aliasing off) and it gave me 40-43 fps ..so you'll be absolutely fine with every single game you thought of ok .
