Looking for a Graphics Card for League of Legends

I have a Compaq CQ5210F desktop computer.
And it has a really bad graphics card already on it. I cannot get higher than 40 fps on league of legends and it is quite unstable.
The processor is AMD Athlon II X2 215 2.7 GHz. Is that the problem?
People I have asked said its the graphics card, which is the NVIDIA GeForce 6150SE nForce 430.
The computer holds 3 GB of RAM.
So if it is the graphics card, I was wondering where I can get a cheap viable alternative. When I mean cheap i mean like less than 65 dollars. Upgrade your CPU, then your GPU. I don't know what your Mobo is so I can't pick parts for you.

Your CPU wont Bottleneck with a GT610 which is 30-40 dollars and you'll get a big FPS boost.I only suggest this if your only gonna play LoL
