Looking for a motherboard around 65$ with provision for 2 front usb 3.0 slots

I am looking for a motherboard around 65 dollars that has provision for two front usb 3.0 slots. The architecture should be for LGA 1155 as I have a core i3. If possible would like to have SATA 6Gb/s slots too. I'll just write down my configuration so it is better to understand what would be the best choice:

Isn't that a LGA 1150 motherboard? Won't that conflict with my LGA 1155 core i3?
