I want to replase my gtx 1070 with a new GPU. Help me decide between
Zotac GeForce RTX 3070 Twin Edge LHR 8 GB (280€, new),
Asus GeForce RTX 4060 Ti DUAL EVO OC 8 GB (280€, new),
Asus GeForce RTX 4060 Ti DUAL EVO OC 16 GB (340€, new) and
RTX 3080 (400€, used).
Which GPU is more likely to have coil whine?
Is it worth waiting for a good RTX 4070 deal?
My specs:
CPU: I7 12700KF
RAM: Ddr5 6800 Mhz (CL 34)
PSU:Thermaltake GF1 750 W, bought it 6 months ago
Monitor: 1920 x 1080, 165Hz

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

I would look into an RTX 4070 Super instead.

PSU: 750 W (A Tier)
You've stated the advertised wattage of the unit and a vague Tier listing/category. That doesn't help us much. You're advised to mention the make and model of the PSU and it's age. Did it power a GTX1070 throughout it's tenure?

Stylizing your thread/opening post with info asked of in this thread;
helps us two fold so we can understand what you have access to. Mentioning the make and model of your case will also help us two fold in case there are clearance issues.
