Looking for a new Graphics card

Hello guys,
can anyone please suggest me a good graphics card for my pc so that i can run some of the latest games in high resolution. Thanks in advance.
My PC specs:-
Intel Core 2 Duo Cpu E7500 @2.93 Ghz
Motherboard: Intel DG31PR
RAM: 4GB DDR2
PSU: 450Watt Pentium 4 atx 2.03
HDD: currently 320GB(will upgrade)
Range: $70-$80

You desperately need a new CPU and a bit more ram. What kind of connectors does your power supply have? I'd say you shouldn't go much higher than a geforce gtx 750Ti with that cpu.

scratch that last comment, it appears your motherboard actually has a PCIE 2.x slot so you should be fine. I recommend the 750ti
