I want to buy a zotac geforce gtx 1050. It says that it requiers 300 watt power supply. So if i buy a 300 watt power supply can it power both gtx 1050 and motherboard or i need to buy a better power supply(E.g : 550 watt power supply)?

Solution
The GTX 1050 itself only requires 75w but Nvidia recommend you system have at least 300w for the entire system. I would personally recommend a 500w power supply for your build because they are relativity cheap and it'll give you room to upgrade. As for which brand to buy, seasonic and coolermaster generally make the best power supply's in my expirience. If you are unsure of how much power your system needs and want to know for sure the website pcpartpicker (https://pcpartpicker.com) will let you enter all the parts of your build in and tell you how much power you need.

tldr; Buy a 500w seasonic or cooler master power supply.

Many would argue against your advise and even say that the majority of Cooler Master's units are very poor with few exceptions like the V/VS. Additionally, others would argue that a power supply below 500W is more ideal for a system like his because he can save money that way.

Thanks for the correction, I was just speaking on personal experience. Also I was reccomending a 500w powersupply so he had room to upgrade in the future (as I said in my original answer).
