looking for a solution for my laptop problem

after i have changed my OS to windows 7 to window 8
i am facing a severe problem with my laptop
it is showing a frequent black screen error
it is not even letting me do my work in peace
it is troubling me too much
my laptop suddenly stop working everything on the screen freezes and even my mouse
i need a damn solution for this
plz help me with it

First try System File Checker
Winkey plus 'X'
Choose Command Prompt (Admin)
Type sfc /scannow then Enter

Try SFC
Hold down Windows key (Winkey) and tap X
From the menu select Command Prompt (Admin)
Type sfc /scannow then tap Enter key Note there is always a space before /.
If corrupt files are found they are fixed. If the files cannot be repaired -
Then try
Winkey plus 'X'
Choose Command Prompt (Admin) then type
dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth and press Enter

If this does not help your problem you may have to re-install Windows 10
