Hey! So I'm building my first ever PC, which I'll mainly be using for Machine Learning development (building, training and testing models). My budget is around 1100€ ($1200). I'll be purchasing in 1 or 2 weeks from now on. As of what I've read, RTX cards are the way to go for my purposes. This is what I came up with so far:

PCPartPicker Part List

CPU: AMD - Ryzen 5 3600 3.6 GHz 6-Core Processor (€209.00 @ Alternate)
Motherboard: MSI - B450 TOMAHAWK ATX AM4 Motherboard (€104.84 @ Mindfactory)
Memory: Corsair - Vengeance LPX 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3200 Memory (€82.90 @ Amazon Deutschland)
Storage: ADATA - XPG SX8200 Pro 512 GB M.2-2280 Solid State Drive (€84.89 @ Alternate)
Video Card: Gigabyte - GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER 8 GB GAMING OC Video Card (€529.00)
Case: Fractal Design - Meshify C ATX Mid Tower Case (€84.90 @ Caseking)
Power Supply: Corsair - RMx (2018) 650 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully Modular ATX Power Supply (€99.90 @ Amazon Deutschland)
Total: €1195.43
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available

Is there anything you'd modify on this build?
Also initially I was going with a 550W PSU, however someone suggested that I should be choosing a 650W one instead. Is it the case or will I be fine with 550W? Thank you!

650W gives headroom. The RTX2070 super can pull over 200W under heavy loads.

If however you will opt for a 650W, I find the be quiet straight power 11, whilst good can sometimes not offer as good value for money as alternatives (I've used Belgium prices for your reference in Euros):

Power Supply: SeaSonic - FOCUS Plus Gold 650 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully Modular ATX Power Supply (€104.85 @ Alternate Belgium)
Total: €104.85

Power Supply: Corsair - RMx (2018) 650 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully Modular ATX Power Supply (€94.85 @ Alternate Belgium)
Total: €94.85

I've chosen the 2 above, just to give some perspective, the Seasonic PSU offers a 10 year warranty (and Seasonic are excellent quality and support) whereas the be Quiet ones only offer 5 years. The Seasonic one is also comparable or better quality.

The Corsair one also offers 10 year warranty, is of comparable or better quality to the be Quiet and also cheaper.

So in short, you can pay the same or less, for the same or better quality, but with double the warranty.

Thank you! I switched it off to the RMx one.
