Looking for an under $1000 gaming laptop

Hi, even though the the title says I want a gaming laptop, I'm actually going to use it for mostly video editing and animation. My budget is $1000, and for that money I couldn't find a gaming laptop with a color accurate IPS panel. I don't really want high refresh rate, just the >85% sRGB color gamut. The specs doesn't have to be that good (I guess?), an i5 8300H or Ryzen 7 3750H with a GTX 1050Ti (not MaxQ) should do fine, 16GB of RAM would be great, but I can go with 8GB then upgrade it later. I'm bringing this laptop to school every day so it should be 5 lbs or under. Does someone know any laptop like this?

I don't know much about laptops but are you looking for a gaming specific laptop or can it be like a laptop meant for productivity

It's for productivity, but an ultrabook, though has a wonderful screen is either under-powered or expensive if it has decent specs.

If looking for an ultrabook, don't expect dedicated graphics, at max AMD R-530 or Nvidia MX 150. Some laptops does come with GTX but they're heavier and also more expensive.
