looking for best QUIET and EFFICIENT Intake/Exhaust case fans

i am currently building a rig with the following case

my question is this. what are the most quiet case fans i can use without sacrificing cooling ability?

and does it matter if they are 120mm or 140mm?

my plan is to use an intake fan on the side and an exhaust fan on the top.

if you could help me choose a fan for each INTAKE and EXHAUST ide appreciate it! thanks!

For the places you listed the Corsair AF140 quiet edition fans are good. I would get 140mm where they can fit. Larger fan means more air can be pulled while spinning slower.

Another good option are some 140mm Noctua fans, although the color may ruin your color scheme. If so, the corsair ones are good.

Use Silverstone AP123's on the side to avoid whine you would get with normal fans on honeycomb intakes. For the exhaust, Noctua NF-S12A is your best bet.

Also 140mm fans are quieter and move more air.
