So...just got a 30 series card and noticed it supports PCIE 4.0 but am running on a 8700k sure it works but not at its full potential, is there a chipset out there that can bridge the two together, and support both 8700k and PCIE 4.0?

They have done benchmarks, long story short there is little to no difference. And no there is no board that supports the 8700k and has pci-e 4.0
