Looking for cheap powerful desktop to run just cause 2

I need a new desktop so I can play just cause 2 on max settings my laptop isent powerful enough to play it on the lowest settings. Anybody have any suggestions on parts I could buy separate that will end up being cheap and strong enough to play just cause 2 on max settings at 45-60 fps?
