looking for cheaper products as the prices in india are a lot higher

i will be visting usa from india and i plan to buy pc parts and a laptop,bring them back to home(india) in my bag.would there be any issues/charges on doing so.

Two part answer:

1) Security: Any components taken aboard an aircraft (cabin or cargo) are going to be carefully scrutinized and assessed for possible risks. If all components are in sealed, labeled, clear, inspectable bags you may be okay. However, best that you check the American TSA requirements beforehand.

2) Customs: You may or may not be required to pay import taxes on the components you carry back into India. You need to check the applicable import/custom laws that will be applied when you return home. You may, for example, be allowed to bring in components that total up to less than some fixed amount. Thus you must likely check with India's Customs Agency.
