[SOLVED] Looking for computer building suggestions/recomendations

I've never built a PC before but I heard that it's cheaper. My budget Is $1000 not including moniter keyboard and mouse. I want to be able to play AAA games (assasins creed, black desert, tomb raider etc) at max settings with around 60fps with freesync. Any part suggestions appreciated

I wouod reccomend this ryzen 7 setup, or a ryzen 5 2600 setup. I tend to prefer the older 1700 since it performs simmilar when oc in games to a 2600 but beats it in multithreaded workloads due to its 16 threads.https://pcpartpicker.com/list/7X9vtg this has a vega 56gpu allowing for high performance gaming and freesync.
