I built my last computer about 5 years ago for gaming as well as Computer Science things. It has come time to build a new one and I am wondering feedback on parts I have choose for it. Have I missed anything are there more up to date or better parts for the price or is my build pretty strong?

One last thing is the monitors that I picked, I will be getting 3, one main for gaming and 2 others for side viewing. The main one is the first listed below and the 2 sides are the one listed below that. Are there any better up to date monitors? Are these monitors still pretty new and up to date?

Monitor: Acer XB271HU bmiprz 27.0" 2560x1440 165 Hz Monitor ($599.99 @ B&H)
Monitor: Acer K2 Series K272HUL 27" WQHD 2560 x 1440 2K Resolution 1ms 60Hz DVI-D HDMI DisplayPort Built-in Speakers Eco Friendly Design Backlit LED LCD Monitor

Solution
Swapped out the AIO for arguably the best air cooler on the market.
Swapped out the RGB memory because they'll be behind the massive air cooler, so they won't be seen.
The LPX kit will ensure they fit behind the air cooler. I thought it was impressive to find a low 14ms cas latency 3600mhz kit which will run great with the 9900k.
I went with 3440x1440p ultra wide because this system is a beast and could easily handle it. If you don't like ultrawide you can lower the resolution by 2560x1440p, just make sure the monitor is at least 165hz.

Solid build with exception to only two things, which is the hyper 212 evo and the power supply.
  1. The i9 9900k runs insanely hot and you'll need something better.
  2. Any single GPU solution only needs at most a 650w power supply.
I'd use the saving in cost from the powre supply to use towards a better cpu cooler.
What case do you have ?

I am taking case suggestions I haven't picked one out. Ill also take PSU and Cooler Suggestions if you got some. What about for my monitors as well? Those are solid?

Three fans on the bottom as intake and three fans on the top as exhaust because heat rises.
The AIO can mount on the back right panel, blowing out in a push configuration.
I went with an 850w PSU due to the EPS connections to the motherboard.
Vertical GPU mount for the graphics card.
This ultrawide monitor has new NANO IPS technology that gives you rich colors, viewing angles and HDR, as well as a 1ms fast response time that usually is only offered in TN panels.

My concerns are the water coolers that are closed systems like that go bad all the time then my I9 will just melt down. As for the monitors TN panels aren't really what I am looking for. I am not trying to go pro gaming or anything just a little gaming her and there.

Your i9 won't melt. It has saftey features to ensure the chip doesn't over heat and will throttle back the frequency. Everything has a finite lifespan, even fans on air coolers. The panel I suggested is not TN. LG makes non ultra wide variants/models of the same make. That panel is the latest and greatest technology available.
