Looking for gaming graphics card

Hi, a buddy of mine has a HP Pavilion P6000 that he wants to use for gaming, GTA 5 in particular. The system has an AMD Athlon X2 220 processor, 5GB Ram (upgrading to 16GB), and a 250W PSU. Is there a graphic card that could support gaming without having to change the PSU? If not what are some recommendations?
 
Hey, before my last upgrade, I was running a gtx 750ti off of a 280w lite-on power supply (shady looking psu). It ran great and doesn't even need a power supply connector. power consumption is so low, it can get it's juice straight from mobo. Your cpu also doesn't need that much power either (65w is less than my quadcore i had for that build) so you'll be fine.
