Question Looking for good ~$100 Motherboard with 4 ram slots, no WiFi, and Intel CPU compatibility

Ram - 16 DDr3
Graphics Card : NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti
Motherboard : gigabyte ga 72 lmt s2

Basically I'm looking for an upgrade for my motherboard that is ddr4 ram (4 ram slots)(idk if this is a thing but ddr3 and ddr4 compatible if possible) mand has 4 ram slots. I want it to be compatible with Intel processors because I will prob get an I5. I don't need WiFi on it because I use Ethernet. I'm really only looking to spend about 300 here max so idk if an i5 is too much $. Also I currently have 2 ddr3 8g ram so I would need to buy 4 ddr4 8g ram which might be expensive.. Thx guys! This is a Gaming / Recording build btw.

Personally I'd look at the Ryzen 5 2600 on a B450 MB.
It costs basically the same as the 1700 provides almost identical performance and allows for better RAM speeds and better compatibility.
