[SOLVED] Looking for graphics card, any help?

I'm currently planning a PC build. I'm looking for a graphics card. The only parameter are that it is 250 dollars or less and more powerful than a 1650 regular. If you have any suggestions, I ask that it isn't used. I'm new to pc's, and I can't find anything like that. If anyone can find and In stock 5500xt or 5600xt (1650 super too) for at or around msrp, please tell me, even though they could be over budget. Thanks for your time!
