looking for help with my lap top latitude 3330 dell

I have dell laptop latitude 3330 its not turn on but I have light of power on and the fun is on

ok first thing to do try taking out the battery for awhile 30 seconds if still don't work their another thing things it could be the ram it could be bad or just need to be receded try those first.
