Question [Looking for Ideas] on building a NON-Gaming PC centered around [Ryzen 3 2200G]

I live in the Philippines and so I don't have access to a lot of components you would normally be able to find elsewhere.
The only sites I might be able to get components from are:
Lazada.com
and
Dynaquestpc.com

I am thinking of a build centered around the Ryzen 3 2200G.
I don't need a GPU for this build since I won't be doing any gaming.
I don't necessarily need an HDD since I have a laptop size HDD (If I should get a desktop size then please tell me)
nor do I need an SSD since I have the 850 EVO.
For the case, anything that doesn't shout "GAMING PC" would be nice
as for the PSU maybe something cheap that won't ignite my system.

here is a build I think is ok:

CPU/MOBO combo
RYZEN 3 2200G with GIGABYTE B450M DS3H

RAM
Hyper X 8gb

PSU
CORSAIR VS450

CASE
DeepCool Smarter Case

and extra 3 fans
Cheap RGB fans (red)

with a splitter
Fan splitter

with a total cost of 309.74 USD/16309.65 PHP

If you are using the built-in graphics make sure you buy two DIMMs (2 x 4GB or 2 x 8GB). You need the memory bandwidth for the graphics.

You also don't need those extra case fans, One in and one out is more than enough.

I agree with the statement above you don’t need the extra case fans and your parts list looks good and just make sure you get two sticks of ram as mentioned above so you can run in dual channel mode
