Hi,
I'm helping a family member with their laptop. It was a windows 11 based Gateway laptop GWTC116-2BL. Their software was incompatible with windows 11 in someway so installed windows 10 on to it. Now the device mostly is fine but the touchscreen isnt working. I assume the driver is missing and is related to one of the unrecognized devices in the device manager. However when I go to Gateway or GatewayUSA to download a driver, both sites presume that this laptop doesnt exist. GWTC116-2BL is the model on the bottom of the device and can be seen here: https://gatewayusa.com/GWTC116-2.html
There are other users who seem to be having a similar issue:

Like others, I have GWTC116-2 and after Windows 11 update the touchscreen is screwed up. Calibration does not work to correct the issue. I went to the driver download section and there were no drivers to support this BL Part number.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
